Get Listing Launch is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate real estate marketing content, scan for compliance issues, and produce print-ready materials. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. AI-Generated Content
Content produced by the Service is generated by AI models and may not always be accurate, complete, or compliant. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing it. You bear full responsibility for the accuracy of property data you input.
4. Compliance Responsibility
While the Service includes Fair Housing and disclosure scanning tools, these do not constitute legal advice. You must ensure all marketing materials comply with federal, state, and local laws, MLS rules, and your brokerage's policies. Consult an attorney for legal guidance.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your data will be removed within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
