1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Get Listing Launch, operated by SK America LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional (where applicable) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your license information and for all content generated under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge the recurring subscription fee for the plan you select until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) generate content that violates Fair Housing laws or other applicable regulations; (c) share your account credentials; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; or (e) use AI-generated content without reviewing it for accuracy and compliance before publication.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the property data and marketing content you generate. We retain ownership of the Service, including its software, prompts, and compliance scanning logic. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed by a licensed professional before use. Compliance scanning is a tool to assist — not a substitute for — legal review by qualified counsel.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SK America LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
